Padamdungari Vyara base camp is located at a distance of about 30 km from Unai km eighth village. It is located among the Sahyadri range, the river Ambika. Treks, trails, meandering up and down hills, sunset activity, lookout tower, relax woodland, medicinal forest, when you visit Padamdungari made attractions. Tourist attraction has a deep, dense, multi-layered Forests, genetic diversity, rock, undulating, and rich landscape. The fauna, including large cats, canines small, herbivorous animals, birds, reptiles, aquatic animals.

The camp by the tourist huts , a Reception cum interpretation center , other facilities / utilities , nature trails , good approaches , and capacity building for local people . Religious places nearby like Chand-Surya, Unai Spa & Ghusmaai temple, Waghai botanical gardens, wood shop, Vansda National Park and visit Shabri Dam is also possible. Like tubing, rafting, river floats AMBIKA and other activities to be planned.

How to get there

By road: The Park is located near the National Highway 8 from Waghai - Vansda State Highway two. The nearest towns are Waghai, 4 km away. 28 km from Ahwa, from Billimora 40 km from Saputara 60 kilometers. The area is most likely to explore and private cars, but public transport is available, though less convenient. There are buses from Billimora, Surat, and Valsad to Vansda village, and from there you can rent a jeep to the park about 50 rupees / - per person. There are no close Vansda taxi operators, but you can also from Surat, Valsad bilimora or taxi.

By the ST bus, Ahwa, headquarters, and from start to Saputara ascenscion from Waghai plateau, it is often the most suitable place to arrive in the Dangs.

By rail: The nearest train station is Waghai. Ahwa Billimora connected to the narrow-gauge railway runs through the park, but asks around to check it when you come here still work.
